Logistics Scheduler – EU AMZL Quick Commerce

About the role

Join Amazon’s fast‑growing Quick Commerce initiative as a Logistics Scheduler, managing one of the most complex transportation networks in Europe. You will coordinate store‑based operations and delivery partners to ensure ultra‑fast delivery to customers across major EU cities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor dark‑store operations and coordinate with delivery partners across the UK and EU.
• Manage delivery capacity in real‑time, adjusting to volume fluctuations and operational issues.
• Track and resolve exceptions to maintain service quality.
• Communicate with operations teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Report on performance metrics and support continuous process improvement.
• Maintain up‑to‑date statistics, management reports and analyses.

Required profile

• Experience in analytical tasks or projects working with data.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English (CEFR C1).
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders is a plus.

Required skills

• Python (or similar programming language).
• SQL.
• Excel.
