Managed Services Manager Spain

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is looking for a Managed Services Manager in Las Rozas, Spain. The role is designed as onsite, with the expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE partner or customer office. It is responsible for customer relationship management and the delivery of services outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), acting as an IT management partner integrated into the customer's IT structure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the overall service solution and act as the customer's single point of contact and advocate within HPE
• Set overall goals and develop action plans, coordinating service activities, event management, process flows and administration
• Keep the customer informed about outages, critical events, support activities, milestones and decisions
• Build positive relationships within the HPE team and proactively address customer dissatisfaction
• Manage resources and business activities in line with the annual plan, and collaborate internally to ensure customer satisfaction
• Act as escalation manager, managing the problem resolution lifecycle until the issue is resolved
• Ensure the service is delivered in line with the SOW and coordinate service procedures internally
• Run the quarterly service review with the customer, including statistical analysis and trending

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field
• At least 8 years of experience in account management
• Customer-centric account management focus and strong program management and organisational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers at technical and management levels
• ITIL and PMP certifications are desired

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of networking, Synergy, HP-UX, UNIX, Linux, storage, storage networks, Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Windows
• Expert-level Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook)
