Marketing Executive – Student & Multifamily Portfolio

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Marketing Executive to lead marketing activities for its student and multifamily assets in Madrid. The role will drive brand loyalty, occupancy and lead generation through the execution of tactical marketing plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day marketing activities and reporting for assigned assets, adhering to budgets and marketing plans.
• Brief and coordinate external suppliers for production of marketing collateral.
• Develop and implement digital ads, presentations, resident communications, website updates, photography, video and event support.
• Collaborate with the broader Marketing Team to support openings, events and occupancy targets across the portfolio.
• Act as brand guardian, ensuring all messaging, copy and creative follow brand guidelines.
• Maintain high‑quality marketing materials optimized for engagement and lease conversion.
• Plan, coordinate and attend property events and promotions, delivering commercial results.

Required profile

• Open to a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Experience creating digital advertising content.
• Proficiency in developing marketing collateral such as presentations and brochures.
• Knowledge of website content strategy and updates.
• Ability to coordinate photography, video production and event support.
