About the role
We are looking for an Office Manager to support the leadership team of a newly established mobile game development studio in Barcelona. The role combines administrative support, communication liaison, and project coordination to keep daily operations running smoothly in a creative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, travel arrangements and personal errands.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, coordinate logistics and follow up on action items.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, departments, clients and stakeholders, handling correspondence professionally.
- Track project deadlines, deliverables and team responsibilities; prepare reports, presentations and documentation.
- Maintain organized records, draft and proofread reports, memos and other materials.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, vendor relationships and ensure a well‑maintained, collaborative workspace.
- Coordinate office maintenance, health & safety compliance and manage relationships with building management and service providers.
- Support HR with onboarding logistics, office events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor office budgets, expenses and drive cost efficiencies.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant in the IT or gaming industry.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
- High professionalism and discretion handling confidential information.
- Proactive problem‑solver able to work independently or collaboratively.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
