Outbound Call Agent – French/Dutch Native Speaker (Remote)

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a French or Dutch native speaker to join its remote team in Spain. The role focuses on outbound outreach to doctors for healthcare market research projects, ensuring smooth fieldwork execution and high participant engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and follow‑up with target doctors via phone and email for market research studies.
• Invite, engage, and monitor HCP participation to meet study deadlines.
• Utilize internal platforms and digital tools to track outreach, record data, and monitor fieldwork status.
• Interpret dashboards and reports to identify bottlenecks and improve engagement strategies.
• Provide customer service to HCPs and support the transition to incentive programs.
• Collaborate with a multicultural, cross‑functional team and suggest workflow optimisations.

Required profile

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in French or Dutch.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Prior customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Experience in a multinational environment is advantageous.
