About the role

Join MSC Cruises' Excellence Hub in Valencia as a Personal Cruise Consultant for French‑speaking customers. This high‑performance sales position focuses on building trust, guiding prospects, and closing high‑value cruise bookings through a consultative, relationship‑based approach.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales conversations, handling objections and creating urgency to convert interest into confirmed bookings.
• Advise customers on MSC itineraries, ships, cabins, pricing, and promotions, recommending tailored solutions that balance their needs with the premium brand experience.
• Own individual net‑to‑revenue (NTR) targets and drive revenue growth through upselling high‑value itineraries.
• Develop and maintain a personal client portfolio through structured follow‑ups, reactivation, and long‑term relationship management.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring a qualified pipeline and adherence to performance and quality standards.
• Communicate across multiple channels (phone, chat, etc.) while delivering consistent, high‑quality customer service.

Required profile
