PR Manager – Iberia

About the role

Bvlgari is seeking a strategic and dynamic PR professional to lead its communications, press relations, talent strategy, and influencer ecosystem across Spain and Portugal. This senior position will shape the brand’s narrative in the luxury market and ensure high‑visibility exposure for key initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual PR strategy in line with Bvlgari’s global vision.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and influencers in luxury, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
• Design, negotiate, and manage talent and influencer campaigns that amplify brand storytelling.
• Oversee the planning and execution of brand events and activations to maximise visibility.
• Lead a small team, foster collaboration, and manage the PR budget effectively.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in PR, communications, or influencer marketing, preferably within luxury, fashion, or jewelry.
• Established network of contacts across Iberian media, influencers, and celebrities.
• Proven track record of high‑profile PR campaigns and talent collaborations.
• Excellent project‑management, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Prior team‑management experience is highly valued.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• A genuine passion for luxury craftsmanship and storytelling.
