Procurement Analyst (Remote, Spain)

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support strategic procurement and vendor management for a fast‑growing, globally distributed organization. The role is remote‑first and will work closely with Finance, Legal, IT, Security and Data Privacy teams to ensure compliant, cost‑effective purchasing across international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle, including purchase requests, approvals, renewals and vendor onboarding.
• Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing, favorable commercial terms and compliant contracts.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, monitor performance and address operational issues.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT, Security and Data Privacy to ensure regulatory compliance and governance.
• Track software and service renewals to guarantee continuity of operations.
• Maintain detailed procurement documentation, records and reporting for audit readiness.
• Identify and help resolve process inefficiencies and procurement‑related risks.
• Support procurement operations within Coupa and other purchasing systems to streamline workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in indirect procurement, especially SaaS, software licensing or professional services.
• Strong vendor management and supplier relationship experience, including negotiation and contract coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

• Coupa Intake & Orchestration (or similar procurement platform).
