Product Manager - AI

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, highly autonomous Product Manager to lead the end‑to‑end development of an AI‑powered social analytics product. The role spans discovery, validation, MVP launch, iteration and scaling, requiring a blend of customer discovery, product analytics, rapid experimentation and technical insight.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from opportunity discovery to scaling.
• Translate business goals and user problems into clear hypotheses, metrics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Build, test and iterate MVPs quickly using user feedback, funnel data, cohort behavior and AI‑assisted research.
• Define product vision, strategy, success metrics and prioritisation for one or more product streams.
• Set up product analytics – events, funnels, cohorts, activation, retention, experiment logic and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, support and leadership in a remote/distributed environment.
• Manage outsourced and remote development teams, ensuring transparent scope, quality and timelines.
• Leverage AI tools daily for discovery synthesis, competitor monitoring, PRD drafting, analytics exploration and productivity automation.

Required profile

• Several years of product management experience, preferably in early‑stage B2C SaaS, creator/social or analytics products.
• Proven track record launching MVPs or new features from zero with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
• Strong ability to manage multiple product tracks or experiments while maintaining clarity on priorities and impact.
• High ownership, autonomy and comfort working in ambiguous environments without heavy supervision.
• Excellent written communication for PRDs, decision notes and stakeholder updates.

Required skills

• Product analytics (event taxonomy, funnel analysis, cohorts, A/B testing, activation/retention metrics).
• API discussion and integration knowledge.
• Data ingestion and data quality management.
• Understanding of AI/LLM limitations, latency and edge‑case handling.
