Production Assistant – Order Fulfillment (Part-Time)

About the role

We are a young craft brewery based in San Sebastián that produces small‑batch kombucha and cold brew coffee. We are seeking a motivated, hands‑on Production Assistant to support our production line and order fulfillment on a part‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with kombucha brewing, bottling, and packaging processes, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Handle order preparation, packing, and dispatch to guarantee timely delivery.
• Perform general cleaning duties and execute Clean‑in‑Place (CIP) procedures to maintain hygiene standards.
• Keep the factory floor organized, tidy, and safe for all team members.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and genuine motivation to contribute to a growing brand.
• Physical stamina for an active, hands‑on role involving lifting and movement.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems as they arise.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Google Docs or similar cloud‑based office tools.
