Project Manager with French and English

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Project Manager (French and English) to join our Madrid team. You will oversee multiple advertising campaigns for a global client, guiding projects from concept to delivery while ensuring creative excellence and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leadership to develop client relationships and manage communications.
• Coordinate production and creative teams to guarantee quality and on‑time delivery of assets.
• Create and maintain accurate timing plans agreed upon by all stakeholders.
• Manage briefs, relay client requests, and handle project changes swiftly and clearly.
• Facilitate collaboration among client, agency, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of experience in an advertising agency or studio, managing digital, broadcast, and print campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital production processes.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑focused attitude with excellent written and verbal communication in both English and French (C1 level).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
