Project Supply Manager (PSM) – Hardware Subcontracting

About the role

Join a diverse and dynamic Supply Chain team within Procurement, focusing on innovation, product consolidation and continuous performance improvement. As the Project Supply Manager (PSM) you will act as the bridge between the Procurement organisation and Space programmes, ensuring hardware and services are delivered on time, on cost and on quality.

Key responsibilities

• Define and agree the appropriate procurement approach to ensure coherence between programmes and Procurement.
• Organise tender evaluation, supplier selection and negotiation processes according to sourcing strategies and project constraints.
• Coordinate the Supply Management functions (Contract Management, Commodity Management, Supply Chain, Quality, Supplier Development) supporting proposals and deliveries.
• Prepare and submit cost brochures detailing product prices and procurement effort.
• Act as the focal point for all product procurement matters within the product line or project.
• Issue consolidated reporting on hardware cost, total cost of ownership, quality metrics, risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or finance.
• Fluent English and Spanish at negotiation level.
• Proven experience in procurement, legal or commercial functions, including drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Experience interacting with customers and suppliers, including senior management.
• Rigorous, autonomous and customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise workload.

• Knowledge of procurement processes: supplier proposal review, export control, subcontract management, supplier management, change process, invoicing, payment and dispute resolution.
