Raw Material Inbound Specialist – Spain

About the role

Fedrigoni is looking for a proactive Raw Material Inbound Specialist to ensure the smooth flow of raw materials into its Spanish facilities. You will be a key link between suppliers and production, helping the company meet demand while maintaining optimal stock levels.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse raw‑material stock, supplier orders, sales forecasts and consumption to keep inventory at target levels.
• Manage material arrivals, balancing inbound flow with finished‑product demand.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, confirm delivery dates and monitor order progress.
• Review purchase prices, verify invoices against purchase‑order terms.
• Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
• Identify potential shortages or surpluses in the production program and act proactively.
• Collaborate with Planning to align schedules with material availability.
• Monitor and implement performance KPIs in line with company standards.
• Interact with Planning, Procurement, R&D and Finance to achieve shared goals.

Required profile

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in supply‑chain or logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of production or manufacturing processes.
• Autonomous, team‑oriented, dynamic and eager to improve.
