About the role

We are looking for energetic recruitment consultants to join our Malta office and specialise in the high‑growth tech and gaming sectors. You will build relationships with clients and candidates, drive placements and accelerate your own career on a vibrant Mediterranean island.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and assess candidates for technology and gaming roles.
• Develop and maintain long‑term partnerships with client companies.
• Meet and exceed performance targets and commission goals.
• Progress through a clearly defined career path from Recruiter to Team Leader and beyond.
• Mentor junior colleagues as you advance into leadership positions.

Required profile

• Experience in agency recruitment or a sales‑driven environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ambitious, results‑oriented and willing to relocate to Malta.
• Fluent English (both spoken and written).
