Regional Medical Advisor – EU & International

About the role

ViiV Healthcare is seeking a Regional Medical Advisor to support its EU and International medical affairs strategy for HIV therapies. The role bridges scientific expertise with business priorities, ensuring that medical insights drive regional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide therapy‑area input and leverage existing medical platforms across EU and International regions.
• Lead implementation of Medical Affairs processes, projects and transversal business prioritisation exercises.
• Establish effective communication with Local Operating Companies and support impact assessments for new processes.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert to embed innovative medical processes within regional teams.
• Assist LOCs with Investigator‑Sponsored Study submissions, real‑world evidence collaborations and implementation studies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, PharmD, MD or PhD in a scientific discipline.
• Proven experience in a pharmaceutical setting, preferably with HIV therapeutics.
• Demonstrated project‑management or operational experience.
• High initiative, ability to work independently and adapt to diverse cultures.
