About the role

DNAmic Biosystems is seeking a highly motivated experimental scientist to join its Valencia team. You will develop and validate cutting‑edge technologies for in‑vivo cellular programming, generating the experimental foundation for future clinical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand mammalian cell‑culture systems.
• Design, assemble, and validate plasmids through molecular cloning workflows.
• Perform transfections and functional assays.
• Conduct routine work with animal tissues and advanced histological techniques, including immunofluorescence.
• Generate high‑quality, reproducible data under tight timelines.
• Contribute to the optimization of cellular reprogramming strategies.
• Document experiments clearly and keep organized records.
• Collaborate closely with the team to iterate and improve experimental approaches.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in mammalian cell culture.
• Strong background in molecular cloning (plasmid construction, DNA assembly, validation) and molecular biology techniques.
• Experience with histological procedures, especially immunofluorescence.
