About the role
SD Worx is seeking a senior professional to lead service delivery for strategic multi‑country customers. The Senior Service Delivery Manager will act as the primary liaison for senior client stakeholders, ensuring high‑quality service, strong governance, and financial health of the accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Own the overall customer service relationship and governance for assigned strategic customers.
- Monitor and improve service performance, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Provide financial oversight, tracking profitability and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with operational teams to address issues proactively.
- Maintain continuous focus on customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience in service delivery management.
- Proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and financial oversight capabilities.
