Security Engineer (Sec DevOps)

About the role

Santander Digital Services is looking for a Security Engineer (Sec DevOps) to join its Privileged Access Management (PAM) team in Boadilla del Monte, Madrid. Reporting to the PAM Lead, you will help design, implement and operate secure access solutions that protect critical banking systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support operations, projects and engineering activities of the PAM function.
• Integrate and develop enhancements for the CyberArk PAM solution.
• Participate in PAM projects covering architecture, assessment, design and development.
• Scope and prioritize internal customer requests, coordinating with engineers and management.
• Administer PAM services, produce design documentation and improve solution coverage.
• Assist the PAM Lead with solution design, vendor collaboration and integration planning.
• Plan project workloads, allocate tasks, monitor progress and ensure delivery targets are met.
• Develop automation to increase team efficiency and act as a technical escalation point.

Required profile

• Proven experience with privileged access management solutions, preferably CyberArk.
• Strong understanding of security engineering and DevOps practices.
• Ability to analyse requirements, design solutions and manage project tasks.
• Good communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
