About the role
We are looking for a proactive Senior Account Manager to lead our restaurant partner portfolio across multiple cities in Spain. You will act as the main point of contact for top‑tier partners, driving growth, optimizing performance and ensuring a seamless experience on the Glovo platform.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top restaurant partners through regular meetings and business reviews.
- Develop and execute growth strategies, promotional campaigns and marketing activations to increase order volume, average order value and conversion rates.
- Negotiate commissions, advertising packages and other commercial terms to maximise revenue for both Glovo and partners.
- Monitor portfolio KPIs, produce performance reports and take data‑driven actions to meet company OKRs.
- Identify and reactivate churned or inactive partners, improving their operational efficiency and service quality.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments such as startups, consulting or tech companies.
- Native Spanish and fluent English communication skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with a customer‑obsessed attitude.
- Proven project‑management abilities and a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Docs.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
