Senior EHS Project Manager – Decarbonisation & LCA

About the role

Our client is looking for a Senior EHS Project Manager to lead two high‑impact environmental projects for a pharmaceutical company. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to the Barcelona site, and lasts approximately 6‑7 months.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) project, coordinating internal teams and a third‑party vendor to develop and execute the LCA plan.
• Drive a decarbonisation initiative by identifying gaps, managing data, and executing actions using the client’s carbon‑management tools.
• Map project progress, ensure timely delivery, and produce regular status reports for internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between cross‑functional teams and external partners throughout both projects.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of project‑management experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Hands‑on experience delivering environmental and sustainability projects, especially in decarbonisation and LCA.
• Proven ability to manage Scope 1, 2 and/or 3 emissions initiatives.
• Delivery‑focused mindset with a track record of moving projects from planning to execution.
