About the role
This senior position drives international growth for a medical‑device partner across Europe, Asia‑Pacific and Latin America. You will shape regional sales strategies, expand distributor networks and support the adoption of innovative bone‑repair technologies in a regulated healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sales objectives for assigned regions, ensuring revenue and unit growth through strong distributor relationships.
- Develop, implement and execute annual regional sales plans aligned with global goals.
- Forecast performance, track progress against targets and adjust plans to meet commercial objectives.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities via networking, referrals and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, distributors and commercial partners to drive product adoption.
- Provide technical and clinical support for orthopaedic and spine procedures.
- Support case coverage, in‑servicing and training activities for distributors and field reps.
- Lead, mentor and onboard sales agents, driving continuous performance improvement.
Required profile
- 5‑10+ years of medical‑device sales experience, preferably in spine, orthopaedics or related sectors.
- Proven record of achieving international sales targets and managing distributor networks.
- Strong understanding of global healthcare markets, regulations and commercial dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience working across multiple time zones and handling confidential information.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
