Senior Pega Developer

As a Pega Developer, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve hyper-automation and operational excellence through the deployment of cutting-edge Pega Systems solutions.

Main Missions

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using Pega App Studio and Dev Studio.
• Model complete case lifecycle processes and define robust data architectures.
• Implement complex system integrations utilizing APIs, REST, SOAP, and Kafka.
• Develop modern user interfaces using Pega Cosmos and Constellation frameworks.
• Ensure rigorous security governance through ABAC and RBAC models.
• Monitor application performance via Pega PDC and manage continuous deployment using Pega Deployment Manager.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to translate functional requirements into technical excellence.

Profile sought

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Pega development.
• Engineering degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Proven ability to work in international, multi-vendor environments.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on legacy system modernization and business process re-engineering.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Pega Platform (CSA, CSSA, or Senior System Architect certifications highly appreciated).
• Proficiency in Java and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of integration services and web services.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/B2 level) for international client interaction.
• Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
