Senior Process Management Consultant

About the role

Volkswagen Group Services is seeking a Senior Process Management Consultant to join its Consulting team in Valencia, Spain. You will support new and existing projects across the Volkswagen Group, providing expert guidance on business process design, analysis, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sub‑project management activities within consulting engagements focused on process management.
• Advise specialist departments and senior management on process‑related matters.
• Analyze complex business issues, design new processes, and identify optimisation opportunities for existing workflows.
• Facilitate workshops, present findings to customers, committees and boards.
• Model processes using tools such as ARIS or Signavio.
• Contribute to the development of holistic consulting strategies and support the acquisition of new projects.

Required profile

• Degree in business, engineering or a comparable field.
• Extensive experience in process management, consulting and leading (sub‑)projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured, solution‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Motivation, initiative and the ability to coordinate across a large multinational organization.
