• Rebuild the homepage experience with Design/UX and Engineering, for both repeat orders and discovery.
• Balance growth targets with the needs of Ads, Monetization and other teams that use the homepage.
• Work with Growth, Checkout, Catalog and other domain Product Managers to deliver shared outcomes.
• Share the vision and results with Product Directors and senior leaders.

Required profile

• Proven track record of shipping and measuring product impact on a high-traffic consumer product, at Senior PM level.
• Strong data fluency and experience with A/B testing.
• Clear product vision and strategic thinking, with a 6+ month roadmap view.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, tech and leadership.
• Nice to have: experience in growth, login/signup or onboarding flows; experience with delivery or e-commerce marketplaces, or with Ads and Monetization; good knowledge of engineering and UX.
