Senior Product Manager - Integrations

About the role

Fever, a global platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Senior Product Manager - Integrations in Madrid. The role is a senior individual contributor position focused on making acquired companies fit onto the Fever platform: deciding which capabilities become shared group services, owning the integration playbook and driving the decisions that turn two products into one better product.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy for the Fever group platform, choosing which capabilities (payments, invoicing, seating maps, access control, box office, point of sale and more) become shared group services and working with engineering to productize them.
• Own the integration playbook: the standard, prioritized path every acquired company follows to run on Fever's shared services.
• Assess each acquisition feature by feature, produce a keep / kill / merge plan and shape integration decisions with engineering leads on APIs, data models and migration.
• Run partner and customer migrations end to end, coordinating business development, account management, operations and support.
• Act as the bridge between acquired teams and Fever's product and engineering organization in the first 6-12 months and report integration progress to leadership.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar, with 5+ years in product management (ideally platform or technical products).
• Professional English.
• Proven experience building a shared-services strategy and leading post-M&A or platform integration, including keep / kill / merge calls.
• Strong program management in ambiguous, cross-team settings with legacy systems.
• Preferred: PM experience in an acquired-growth company, domain knowledge in ticketing, live entertainment or commerce, prior backend or platform engineering, and experience mentoring other PMs.

Required skills

• Deep technical fluency: architecture, APIs and data models, and trade-offs such as consolidation, migration and build vs. reuse.
• Preferred: track record of earning trust with acquired teams and managing change.
