Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will act as the primary liaison between project managers and senior program managers, ensuring client requirements are fully understood and delivered. This fixed‑term role (until end‑December) involves overseeing a single project, driving Lean practices, and managing process improvements within an AI data‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Approve and implement project changes and updates.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates.
• Collaborate with Senior Program Managers to build and staff project teams.
• Set daily production reporting methods and review critical data.
• Compile, approve, and submit time‑keeping records for management.
• Lead Lean implementation and identify process waste for continuous improvement.
• Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for PM‑level positions.
• Monitor End‑of‑Day reporting and ensure KPIs are met.

Required profile

• College or university degree.
• Extensive project management experience.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to give and receive feedback.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of independent work within a team.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of PowerBI and internet‑based platforms.
• Experience in online communication and data collection.
• Lean implementation methodology.
