Senior Project Manager – Tech South Quality

About the role

Verisure is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Tech South Quality team in Madrid. You will act as a cross‑enablement layer, linking multiple QA verticals and ensuring consistent planning, governance, and decision‑making across the department.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and provide a unified quality perspective to support cross‑team collaboration.
• Support a consistent demand intake mechanism across countries and internal technical teams, facilitating prioritisation and trade‑off discussions.
• Lead and manage strategic or special projects, consolidating inputs from various functions.
• Set and manage strategic roadmaps, overseeing rigorous project execution aligned with business goals.
• Prepare and run governance forums, ensuring agendas, decisions, and action tracking.
• Produce executive‑level presentations, dashboards, and reports for top management.
• Coordinate performance KPIs across QA verticals, ensuring consistency and accurate reporting.
• Lead initiatives to improve ways of working, including templates, rituals, and playbooks.
• Mentor team members and champion continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading strategic or complex projects, preferably in a technology or quality environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with Business, Legal, Data Privacy, and Infosec teams.
• Ability to translate business strategy into actionable project plans and governance structures.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, multinational settings.
