Senior Recruiter & Team Lead

About the role

This is a hands‑on recruitment position with a leadership dimension, based in Madrid. You will split your time between managing your own requisitions and acting as the go‑to reference for the European Talent Acquisition team, helping to keep hiring funnels moving.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for your assigned requisitions, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Support the European TA team by spotting pipeline bottlenecks and implementing practical solutions.
• Reassign requisitions, explore new sourcing channels, engage external agencies, and propose alternative location strategies when needed.
• Serve as a reference point for recruiters across Europe and LATAM, maintaining momentum across hiring processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders across European markets, communicating confidently in English.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a senior, team‑lead or coordination role within talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven end‑to‑end recruitment experience in a fast‑paced or scaling environment.
• Strong written and spoken English for daily stakeholder interaction.
• Comfortable working in a manual, structured recruitment process without automation.
• Analytical ability to interpret hiring funnel data and translate it into actionable steps.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to shift between individual contributor and coordination modes.
• Excellent communicator who can align recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners.
