Senior SAP Consultant French Market

About the role

Strada is looking for a Senior SAP Consultant to support its French‑market customers. Based in Granada, you will join the AMPS department and work under an AMPS Team Manager, providing expert application support and guidance on SAP HR and payroll solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver application support consultancy, offering advice and technical solutions for outsourced SAP French customers.
• Handle simple tickets, generate maintainable bug‑free code, and customize solutions following Strada best practices.
• Perform system tests with provided or self‑generated data to ensure specifications are met.
• Produce technical and functional documentation for issues resolved.
• Prioritize daily tickets, meet deadlines, and report progress to the AMO Team Manager.
• Maintain internal and external communication channels, conveying status, resolution, and root cause of issues.
• Coach junior agents and act as subject‑matter expert for French legal changes and payroll (PY) in SAP.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in French and English.
• Strong curiosity, ability to learn new technologies quickly, and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and confidentiality skills.
