Service Technician – Automotive Mechanic (Reus)

About the role

As a Service Technician at Tesla, you will work in our Reus service center to maintain, repair, and improve a range of Tesla vehicles. You will use Tesla‑specific software and advanced diagnostic tools to ensure each vehicle meets the highest quality standards before it returns to the customer.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on all Tesla vehicle models, both independently and under supervision as required.
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly before delivery or return, guaranteeing first‑time fix quality.
• Collaborate with local and international teams, sharing best practices to continuously improve service processes.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with Tesla technologies and electric‑vehicle repair techniques.
