Software Engineer – AI‑Driven Health Prevention

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in preventive health insurance and is looking for a Software Engineer to join the Alan Precision crew. You will work as a full‑stack generalist on a product that combines biology, wearables, medical history and lifestyle data, using AI to generate personalized health protocols for members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack features across the Alan Precision platform.
• Integrate AI components that analyse multi‑source health data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with physicians, data scientists and product teams to turn AI insights into user‑friendly protocols.
• Iterate quickly in a lean, 0‑to‑1 startup environment while leveraging the resources of a fast‑growing unicorn.
• Continuously test, learn and adapt the product based on member feedback and health outcomes.

• Self‑motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced, high‑energy team.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to handle messy, multi‑source data.
• Passion for health tech and a desire to contribute to advanced preventive care.
