Spanish Tax & Accounting Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Spanish Tax & Accounting Specialist to join our international advisory practice that bridges the United States and Spain. The role focuses on providing hands‑on tax and accounting support for Spanish entities and self‑employed professionals while coordinating closely with our U.S. team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit Spanish tax filings for autónomos and limited companies (SLs).
• Manage bookkeeping, payroll and statutory reporting for Spanish clients.
• Liaise with Hacienda to resolve queries and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate documentation and information flow between Spanish clients and the U.S. advisory team.
• Provide clear communication and follow‑up with international clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Spanish tax and accounting practice.
• Practical knowledge of autónomos, SLs and Hacienda filing procedures.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Highly organized with strong communication and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a U.S. team.
