Strategic Media Partnerships Senior Specialist

About the role

The Strategic Partnerships Senior Specialist leads the development and management of high-value partnerships with data providers, media publishers, ad-tech vendors and key travel industry players. Leveraging an existing network with airlines, hotel chains and OTAs, the role identifies new opportunities, fosters cross-functional collaboration and secures long-term strategic relationships that support hospitality media growth.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate strategic contracts and drive commercial and legal negotiations to secure agreements aligned with Media's goals.
• Lead structured evaluations of partners with strong potential to meet business objectives.
• Manage onboarding and ongoing relationships, coordinate collaboration, and negotiate amendments as needed.
• Build and expand the industry network across airlines, hotel chains, OTAs, data providers and media publishers.
• Work closely with product, commercial, legal and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.

Required profile

• BA (minimum), preferably in an analytical or digital advertising field of study.
• Proven track record leading high-value strategic partnerships across the travel, media and ad-tech ecosystem.
• Experience initiating and negotiating complex media and data partnerships, managing partnership pipelines and delivering measurable commercial impact.
• Ability to oversee trials, evaluate partner performance and shape long-term partnership strategies.
• English is mandatory.
