Supply Chain & Contract Operations Specialist

About the role

NTT DATA BPO is seeking a Supply Chain & Contract Operations Specialist to support its BPO and digital transformation services. The role combines contract management, supply‑chain coordination and financial oversight to ensure smooth operations for public‑sector projects.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and manage contractual and financial documentation.
• Organise and record meetings, including minutes and archiving.
• Collect and analyse financial data for forecasts and cost assessments.
• Maintain audit and compliance documentation.
• Process invoices and support commercial/contractual follow‑up.
• Prepare Task Orders, evaluate Task Offers and verify compliance.
• Ensure data quality in internal tools and support subcontractor acceptance.
• Clean and process documents, extract indicators and consolidate datasets.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Strong English communication skills (minimum B2).
• 6–10 years of experience in contract operations, supply chain or commercial contract management.
• Experience in cost estimation, indexation, financial audits, risk assessment or international environments is a plus.
