Supply Chain Planning Analyst

About the role

The Supply Chain Planning Analyst will support Lear’s global supply base by monitoring supplier performance and driving continuous improvement. Working from Valls, you will help secure material availability, reduce costs and mitigate supply risks for our manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage suppliers to resolve escalated critical supply constraints and ensure uninterrupted flow of materials to Lear’s factories.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and internal cross‑functional teams (manufacturing, quality, engineering, purchasing) to address operational non‑compliance.
• Develop, enhance and execute supply‑chain processes that align with the E‑System’s Supply Chain Resilience Strategy.
• Document suppliers’ long‑term plans, conduct regular audits and support negotiations on long‑term supply agreements.
• Perform capacity studies to verify that supplier capabilities meet Lear’s future demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s in supply chain or logistics is a plus).
• Fluent English with strong communication skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability and a team‑player attitude.
• Previous experience in supply chain, preferably in the automotive industry.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
