Talent Acquisition Specialist (English & French speaker)

About the role

Wellhub is looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its People team in Spain. This fully remote position will support the company’s rapid European expansion by attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across technical and non‑technical functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for roles up to G7 level, ensuring high‑quality hires aligned with business needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define hiring strategies, evaluation criteria, and conduct kickoff meetings.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback.
• Analyze recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with global labor laws, internal SLAs, and accurate data entry in the Greenhouse ATS.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment for both technical and non‑technical positions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to improve processes.
