Team Lead PT Insights & Data Delivery (Product Manager)

About the role

Roche is looking for a Team Lead PT Insights & Data Delivery (Product Manager) in Madrid. The role is accountable for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy through launch, scaling and retirement, turning scientific and business needs into high-value technology solutions. It leads a team of over 20 people within PT Insights and Data Delivery, which delivers high-quality data and analytics solutions for existing and anticipatory business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Set product direction, strategy, roadmap and features, integrating AI capabilities and tracking KPIs
• Understand and prioritize internal user needs, define user metrics and drive product iterations
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including compliance with emerging regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate the roadmap and trade-offs to stakeholders
• Recruit, hire and onboard team members, and mentor and develop them
• Analyze user behavior, optimize performance and communicate results
• Develop business cases for new products or features, including market analysis, revenue projections and cost estimates

Required profile

• 5+ years in product management, business analysis or a similar role, with a track record of launching and managing technology products
• 2+ years in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or regulated healthcare technology industry
• 1+ year leading multidisciplinary technical teams
• Strong communication, influence and leadership skills
