Transport Coordinator (Logistics)

About the role

The Transport Coordinator supports day‑to‑day transport operations within DHL’s 4PL Supply Chain network from the Valencia Center of Excellence. Acting as the primary interface between DHL, customers, carriers and suppliers, the role ensures efficient execution of transport flows, monitors shipments, resolves operational exceptions and maintains data accuracy in line with customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily transport planning and execution control.
• Monitor shipments and manage exceptions across inbound, outbound and empty‑container flows.
• Serve as the first point of contact for transport‑related enquiries from supply‑chain partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated transportation solutions.
• Support Freight Bill Audit (FBA) activities and related operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, processes and data‑quality requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a transport and logistics environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under time pressure and manage daily operational tasks.
• Proactive, self‑sufficient and team‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
