UX/UI Designer

About the role

Quantion, a global digital transformation services company, is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join its Technology Team. You will work on large‑scale international projects, shaping digital experiences that drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prototype user‑centred interfaces for B2C digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment to align design decisions with business goals.
• Model user flows and information architecture to improve digital sales experiences.
• Ensure content meets readability, conciseness, SEO, and WCAG standards.
• Work with HTML, CSS, responsive design, and CMS templates when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in UX/UI, interaction design, HCI, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate user scenarios into actionable designs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Experience with CMS and template‑based development.
• Understanding of SEO, WCAG, and digital content best practices.
