VP Sales - AI Trainer - Freelance - 8-20 hrs/week - Remote

About the role

We are looking for a senior sales leader to work part‑time as an AI Trainer. In this freelance position you will help shape AI models that generate sales strategy content, ensuring the outputs are realistic, relevant and grounded in best‑practice sales methodology.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI‑generated sales strategy, customer‑engagement and pipeline‑management content.
• Assess the accuracy, industry relevance and practical viability of AI‑driven sales scenarios and recommendations.
• Develop example sales cases, objection‑handling scripts and negotiation exercises based on your experience.
• Create multiple scenario variations reflecting the viewpoints of sales reps, managers and clients.
• Identify gaps or flawed assumptions in AI outputs and provide clear, actionable feedback.

Required profile

• Senior sales leader or manager (e.g., VP Sales, Head of Sales, Enterprise Sales Manager) with a proven B2B or B2C track record.
• Based in the EU or the United Kingdom.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing go‑to‑market strategies, closing deals and managing high‑performing sales teams.
• Highly organized, able to give direct constructive feedback and communicate reliably.
• Available 8–20 hours per week.
