Lead 24/7/365 field operations for network infrastructure maintenance, ensuring high network uptime, reduced MTTR and KPI achievement. Manage incident tickets, fault handling, change requests and work orders through the Incident Management System, performing root‑cause analysis and driving corrective actions. Supervise a multidisciplinary team of 12 engineers, 85 technicians, 12 warehouse specialists and 8 admin staff, handling line management, performance reviews and hiring. Oversee end‑to‑end telecom scope for data‑center projects, including structured cabling, fiber optics, backbone installation and rack provisioning. Coordinate vendor acceptance activities for IP Core equipment, manage procurement and CAPEX/OPEX control, and report weekly/monthly progress against SLA targets.
