3D Modeller – Marine HVAC Design (3+ years experience)

About the role

MARINE HVAC DESIGN is seeking a skilled 3D Modeller to join a dynamic team focused on the detailed design of ship systems. The role involves creating and integrating 3D models for HVAC, piping, cable trays, foundations and related arrangements across various ship spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 3D models and support integration of HVAC, piping, cable trays, foundations and related systems in air‑conditioning rooms, machinery spaces and accommodation areas using marine 3D design software.
• Read, interpret and apply customer specifications, drawings and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, clients and other stakeholders to ensure efficient system integration.

Required profile

• Degree, technical diploma or vocational qualification in Engineering, CAD Design, Drafting, Naval Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years’ experience in a similar 3D modelling role with good knowledge of HVAC, piping, electrical and outfitting system integration.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, strong teamwork attitude and ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in marine 3D design software such as Smart 3D/SP3D, Cadmatic, FORAN, AVEVA Marine/E3D, NX Siemens or ShipConstructor.
• Experience with MS Office for documentation and reporting.
