A400M Retrofit & MRO Production Quality Aircraft Manager

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Production Quality Aircraft Manager for the A400M Retrofit & MRO programme in Sevilla. The role ensures the aircraft reception, modification, testing and delivery phases are executed correctly and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Support in‑situ reception, modification, testing and delivery of aircraft, ensuring proper documentation and resolving blocking issues.
• Coordinate quality activities and resources to achieve on‑quality, on‑time and on‑cost performance under PERAM 145 regulation.
• Maintain compliance with regulation requirements, the quality management system, company standards and values.

Required profile

• Experience with MRO regulations (a plus) and ability to adapt to new topics and business environments.
• Proven people‑management and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Advanced English and Spanish; German or French are assets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of MRO regulatory frameworks (e.g., PERAM 145).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
