Account Development Representative (French Speaker)

About the role

Fever for Business (F4B) is Fever's B2B arm, which turns live entertainment into a repeatable service for businesses, schools and global brands. As Account Development Representative, you will be the pipeline engine for its privatized events offering: qualifying and nurturing inbound interest and crafting targeted outbound plays. The role is based in Madrid and offers a hybrid setup.

Key responsibilities

• Drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation for the privatized events offering.
• Build and optimise outreach sequences, messaging and cadences to raise response and conversion rates.
• Maintain clean CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting so the team stays aligned on targets.
• Work with Marketing, Fever Originals and the wider Sales organisation to align campaigns and share insights.
• Track and report on SQLs generated, pipeline value, conversion rates and closed-won revenue, iterating on the basis of data.
• Act as an ambassador of Fever's mission to corporate audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university or business school.
• Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS, media or events company (strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Fluency in English and French; other languages are a plus.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with an entrepreneurial, self-starting attitude.
• Comfortable in ambiguity and able to make data-driven decisions.
• Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials.
