Account Executive - Prevention Insurance

About the role

Alan is building a prevention insurance platform that combines insurance, prevention and care, and is growing its sales team. It is hiring an Account Executive, ideally based in Barcelona or Madrid, to turn prospects into customers. The role targets the B0-C0 level and requires legal eligibility to work in Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Find leads and understand the needs of prospects
• Present the product and drive sales
• Manage key customer relationships until the contract is signed
• Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method: use relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and tailor a high-touch strategy to each prospect (Soft)
• Help grow the company by challenging products, methods and strategy, and taking part in other projects that expand the customer base

Required profile

• 2-3 years of previous experience in a sales role
• Fluent Spanish and advanced written and spoken English
• Ideally B2B sales experience, preferably with a SaaS company
• Legal eligibility to work in Spain, based in Madrid or Barcelona

• Exceptional follow-up skills and highly organized
• Influence through persuasion, negotiation and consensus building
• Understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
• Collaboration in a small team and willingness to learn quickly
