Account Manager – DACH Region (German‑English)

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Account Manager to manage our SMB portfolio in the DACH region. You will drive growth, improve margins and ensure high satisfaction for existing corporate travel customers using Perk’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of SMB accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Develop strategic account plans based on each client’s travel spend, business goals and operational needs.
• Deliver tailored product training and guide clients through the full Perk suite.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, establishing processes to prevent recurring issues.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer, collaborating with product, technical and support teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS or business‑travel environments.
• Native or professional fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with spend data and account health metrics.
• Comfort with software tools and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
