About the role
PlanRadar is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead its French market portfolio. You will own the commercial relationship with existing customers, drive revenue growth, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure long‑term success.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand an established portfolio of French‑based customers.
- Define and execute account strategies, aligning use cases, stakeholders and expansion road‑maps.
- Identify value‑driven expansion opportunities and secure renewals.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success to guarantee seamless adoption and value realization.
- Generate new business by converting inbound leads and launching selected outbound initiatives.
- Maintain full ownership of commercial outcomes, including expansion, renewals and overall account growth.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar sales role, preferably within the French market.
- Strong relationship‑building skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor for customers.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
