Account Manager - French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Account Manager to join Lightspeed’s team in Spain. In this role you will build and nurture long‑term relationships with our customers, helping them adopt Lightspeed’s payments and POS solutions to achieve their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Lightspeed Payments and software solutions, ensuring clients extract maximum value from POS products, modules and integrations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, building trusted partnerships and proactively supporting client success.
• Identify growth opportunities, execute upsells, cross‑sells and expansions aligned with client goals.
• Deliver product demos and guide customers through adoption of the full Lightspeed suite.
• Monitor account performance metrics such as MRR, NRR, customer health and engagement.
• Manage churn, resolve issues and strengthen long‑term relationships.
• Negotiate and close renewal agreements, meeting retention and growth targets.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to enhance the customer experience and increase MRR.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
• Proven success in quota‑carrying SaaS or technology roles with a track record of revenue growth and retention.
• Ability to understand complex business models and align solutions with client objectives.
• Experience building relationships with executive‑level stakeholders.
