Account Manager - Granada

About the role

Medline is looking for an Account Manager in Granada within its Sales department. The role increases sales and margins by attracting new customers and growing the product and service offering for existing ones. It is a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an account plan to build new and grow existing business
• Create and maximise customer value and loyalty, building long-term relationships
• Work with Clinical Sales, Product Managers and Customer Service Agents to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Manage tenders and price quotations with the Customer Service and Tender Management team and product divisions
• Gain customer insights and identify the right stakeholders to drive the purchasing process
• Apply the Challenger Sales methodology and launch new products and solutions
• Take part in the complaint process for own customers, provide regular sales forecasts and use CRM data to improve performance
• Collect customer feedback and suggest product and service improvements
• Organise symposia, conferences and regional exhibitions (online and offline)

Required profile

• Higher education or relevant work experience in business and/or healthcare
• Healthcare experience and knowledge of hospital decision-making processes are an advantage
• At least 3 years of sales experience
• Fluent in English and the local language
