About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a talented and ambitious Account Manager trainee in Madrid. You will join a fast-growing startup and help build a product that aims to disrupt the on-demand market, working with grocery partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the team in managing day-to-day operations with top grocery partners.
  • Track key account metrics and performance indicators, identify trends and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure operational excellence.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal reviews and partner meetings.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving the partner and user experience on Glovo.

Required profile

  • Availability for a 6-month full-time internship.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or sales.
  • Strong business acumen, developed communication skills and a data-driven profile.
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.
